 Concerted ignorance and enemy propaganda

In the wake of recent events, such as in Quebec, Saskatchewan, or British Columbia, it appears more than necessary to think about how Aboriginal people are dealt with by law enforcements. This book deals with the neutralization of people defined as «undesirable persons». It focuses specifically on how to better understand the criteria, circumstances, and factors that lead the police to label such individuals, or whole communities, as «undesirable persons» with the possible adverse effects these person may experience due to these historical categorizations.
