GEG 4921 Physical Geography Field Camp

Northern Gaspésie: its coast, mountains and vegetation

This 4th year field camp is addressed to students with strongest interest in physical geography. During this 8 day field course, you will study arctic-alpine ecology, periglacial geomorphology, slope processes and coastal environments.

GEG 4921 Physical Geography Field Camp (3 units)

One week of physical geography field work at an off-campus location preceding the beginning of the fall semester. Analysis of data continues throughout the fall semester.

Course Component: Theory and Laboratory

Prerequisites: GEG 2301, GEG 2304, GEG 2918. The courses GEG 4921, GEG 4920 cannot be combined for credits.
