Public Servant In Residence: Amy Tector

Dr. Amy Tector

The School of Information Studies will host Dr. Amy Tector as a Public Servant in Residence for one year. Currently working as a senior Metadata Archivist at Library and Archives Canada, Tector will benefit from this Public Servant-in-Residence program from the Canada School of Public Service to increase and strengthen the links between this institution and the University of Ottawa. She will take advantage of this period to co-ordinate «Lunch and Learn» events, conduct information sessions with students who wish to join the Public Service, create links with other units, including Digital Humanities, teach a course at the 2018 winter semester, etc.
