Biography

Tonatiuh O. Martínez Paredes is a PhD student at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. His research interests focus on the study of the impact of values in public policy (within public policy, actors and beneficiaries), especially in public policy for indigenous peoples. Other research interests refer to the theoretical framework for public policy, especially in studies on how some qualitative (values and emotions) elements intervene in government work. (Executive, Legislative and Judicial).

He has experience in the rights of indigenous groups and the effective use them. Finally, he has experience in the federal government in Mexico in the areas of indigenous language policies.
