University of Ottawa PhD candidate Jérôme Gosselin-Tapp received the 2019 Book Prize of the Canadian Philosophical Association for «La nation pluraliste» (with Michel Seymour). Inspired by the American philosopher John Rawls, the authors introduce a new way of institutionalizing secularism in Quebec that could settle the current debate on Bill 21. Congratulations Jérôme and Michel!
