Notes 1The addition of a Minor is possible for this program, except for the Minor in Art History. (See References - Program Structures) 2 These courses can be taken in the Fall or Winter terms (a maximum of 2 courses per term from: ART1311, ART1321, ART1331, ART1341). 3 The introductory survey courses, ART1360 and ART1361, are required for all undergraduates in the Department of Visual Arts (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Visual Arts, Major and Minor in Art History), and are prerequisites for all compulsory 3000-level courses, so should therefore be taken in first year to ensure graduation on time. 4 AHL1100 and AHL1900 have variable topics. They can be taken twice. 5 Consult the reference - Program Requirements for the list of possible courses. At least 12 course units, with a minimum of 3 course units at the 3000 level, must be taken in the same principal discipline (Painting/Drawning, Sculpture, Photography or Media). 6 Consult the reference - Program Requirements for the list of courses in Art History (ART) (H). Other courses may be selected in consultation with the Department of Visual Arts. The course AMT3105 can count towards this requirement, |
