Current Research

My dissertation is a study of the relationship between theôria and praxis in the Platonism of Hans-Georg Gadamer and Leo Strauss.

More generally, I am interested in the diverse forms of recoveries of Greek philosophy in the context of the crisis of modern rationalism, especially in 20th century German philosophy.
