Pancakes, a play by student Pascale Courville is one of the winning texts at the recent national competition "Les Zutopies solitaires" at the Théâtre français de Toronto. This text was first developed in the course "Practice of dramaturgy" taught by Anne-Marie Ouellet. After working sessions with the author and dramaturgical advisor Caroline Bélisle (also juror of the competition with Pierre Simpson and Gilles Poulin-Denis), Pascale Courville was able to attend a reading of her text under construction via Facebook Live on Tuesday, June 15th, 2020. Congratulations Pascale, from everyone at the Department of Theatre!
